Once travel arrangements are booked, refunds (if applicable) are governed by the supplier’s cancellation and refund policies. Premier Escape Travel Co. does not control supplier refund decisions and cannot guarantee refunds.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all supplier policies prior to confirming bookings.

Any service, consultation, or planning fees charged by Premier Escape Travel Co. are non-refundable, as these fees cover professional time, research, and planning services provided.

Cancellations, changes, or modifications to bookings may result in penalties, fees, or loss of deposits as determined by the supplier. Additional service fees may apply for changes requested after booking.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, delays, illness, or emergencies. Declining travel insurance is done at the client’s own risk.

If a refund is approved by a supplier, processing times may vary and can take several weeks depending on the supplier and method of payment. Premier Escape Travel Co. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers.

No-shows, missed departures, or early departures may result in forfeiture of all payments, with no refunds issued by the supplier.
