Service fees, planning fees, deposits, and final payment deadlines will be disclosed prior to booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of reservations.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all terms and policies associated with their booking prior to confirmation.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, travel documents, and any required vaccinations. Passport validity requirements may vary by destination and airline.

Premier Escape Travel Co. is not responsible for denied boarding, entry, or travel disruptions due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, or lost luggage. Declining travel insurance is done at the client’s own risk.

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, weather conditions, and unforeseen events. By booking travel services through Premier Escape Travel Co., clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel.
